As a TARION registered home builder, I have a substantive understanding of general construction guidelines, materials and quality. I strive to bring this background knowledge to assisting my clients in making informed decisions when purchasing new homes or resale homes. While this knowledge is advantageous and can flush out potential problems as well as quality features, it should not be considered to replace the need for a Home Inspection by a certified inspector.
I have years of experience in residential land development and am a firm believer in the need to “walk” the land. The value of land or development potential is influenced by many factors which I am happy to explore with my clients. My understanding of the development process is also an asset in ensuring successful communications between buyers, builders and developers.
